True design isn’t about the building; it’s about the life inside it. We challenged the cold monotony of standard city blocks to create a space that feels deeply personal. Every shift in the façade and every recessed balcony was calculated with one purpose: to offer you absolute privacy and abundant light.

Designed for a select few, this project balances high-end architectural ambition with the intimacy of a private club. We intentionally limited the scale to ensure absolute privacy, creating a quiet, secure enclave within one of Yerevan’s most established districts.

The experience of home extends beyond the glass. The building’s defining “pixelated” voids are not merely aesthetic; they create deep, recessed loggias that function as private outdoor rooms. Shielded by the building’s mass and guarded by industrial mesh balustrades, these spaces offer a rare duality: open views of the city paired with the comfort of total seclusion. It is a shaded sanctuary where the bustle of Arabkir feels miles away.

We designed the Arabkir Residence from the inside out, prioritizing a philosophy of rational luxury. By clustering the structural core and services in the center of the plan, we liberated the entire perimeter of the building.
This architectural decision ensures that every residence—regardless of its scale—is defined by open, breathing spaces and an abundance of natural light. It is a layout free of dead ends, designed to adapt effortlessly to your vision of modern living.
